Elan Novick and David Kariuki founded Intelli AI in September 2023. Initially starting as a pro-bono to increase voter registration, they pivoted to a business that combines big data and AI to produce highly personalised political marketing campaigns. They have worked for prominent political parties in South Africa and are continually expanding.
